About the Scholarship
The 22 Changes Salon and Spa Scholarship program was launched in 2019. Each quarter, five $3,000 tuition scholarships are available to award to team members, guests, and other applicants headed to Summit Salon Academy – Portland.
Scholarship recipients are identified and awarded by 22 Changes Salon and Spa. A salon staff member must complete the award process via the online application found on this website.
Scholarships are tentative, pending the student’s acceptance for admission and commencement of study at the college. If accepted, the scholarship will be credited to the student’s tuition, generally in equal disbursements during their first academic year, in accordance with the college’s scholarship award policy. Students should talk with their college to determine when their scholarship will be applied.
The 22 Changes Salon and Spa Scholarship may be awarded effective the 1st of any month following submission, for any student.
All awards must be submitted online by 22 Changes Salon and Spa. Awards submitted without complete information will be rejected until a completed award record is received.
The 22 Changes Salon Scholarship program information
- Scholarship certificates and a catalog from Summit Salon Academy are available and will be mailed upon receipt of a completed scholarship application
- The 22 Changes salon staff making awards late in a month should contact Summit Salon Academy – Portland for a copy of the scholarship certificate: 503.639.6107, or email: Brooke@ssaportland.com
- All awarded students are encouraged to make contact with the college immediately upon receiving notice of award.
- The student is advised to bring the scholarship certificate when arriving at the college.
Deadlines
To Award: The last day of the month for award in the following month.
Student acceptance to the college: Within 90 Days of submission
Scholarships not redeemed within 90 days, are void unless special arrangements are made with the college.
